Nice! Just what the doctor ordered. I have been feeling 'out of sorts' lately (whatever that means) so I joined my buddy Lyndon for a ride out to Caldwell to pay his insurance bill and stopped for lunch at a cafe called "Say You, Say Me" in Nampa (I guess they are Lionel Richie fans?). It was a beautiful day and a glorious ride and had me grinning as we cruised along through the southern Idaho farmlands.

Tomorrow we will be joining the other STAR instructors for the
ICMS safety awareness rally. I am so looking forward to it!
