Here we go again.
They announced a "voluntary severance program" (if it sounds painful, it's because it is) at work this week. They told us yesterday that if they don't get 15-20% of our workgroup to take it, that they will move to involuntary severance, aka lay-offs. Not fun. This is what got us out of California and up to Idaho in the first place. You begin to feel like someone being chased by the man with the axe. OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!!
