Birgit and Kira are off on their way to Germany today. I dropped them off at the airport at 6 a.m. and they are now in their 6 hour layover in Chicago/O'Hare. They'll get into Hamburg tomorrow at about noon and even with a 7 hour time difference that's still a long day!

I know they'll have a lot of fun though. Kira kept telling me that she'd miss me to which I would reply "not nearly as much as I will miss you!"
